Wedding photography terms & conditions
Covid 19 terms & conditions
Due to Covid 19 I am trying to accommodate all my existing & new couples. The best way to do this is by both parties, myself & you working together to get a new date that suits everyone. To help I will send a photo of my full diary for you to see my available dates.
If you are cancelling your wedding at your own discretion due to the new restrictions & you choose a date I can’t do you won’t be entitled to refund - I want to explain why this is - if you have myself booked for your wedding & I have a new couple enquire for your date I would reject new couple as you have booked your date via a deposit being paid by yourself to Julieanne Whyte Photography. Which means I then lose their business, then a few weeks later you choose to cancel by your own discretion. Which then means I have lost yours AND their business. This means I endure a huge loss of income.
I will hold new dates for all new couples but I need to know ASAP if there is any changes.
2021 Couples - If you are moving your date £100 is required - this comes off your package price. This is because your remaining balance date changes which means loss of earnings for myself.
Remaining balances for ALL couples booked in is 8 weeks before wedding date.
Hope yous understand
Booking fee (Deposit)
£100 Deposit is required when booking, dates will only be reserved when full deposit is paid, any payments made by PayPal incur 2.5% extra. If payments are not done when required I will make 2 attempts to contact, if there is no reply I will no longer have you in my bookings - you will have to get back in contact to secure your date.
Full balance must be paid 8 weeks before your wedding date.
The Booking Fee secures the time and services of the Photographer for the wedding and is non refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation, it being the agreed loss suffered by the photographer due to cancellation. Weddings that must be postponed to a later date will retain the deposit as long as the photographer can re-schedule for the new date and time but may be subject to a further deposit.
All image sizes are nominal. The photographer will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching. It is sometimes impossible to record on film/sensor the exact colour as seen by the human eye.
All copyright remains with Julieanne Whyte Photography. No Raw files will be giving out.
You of course have rights to your images, just not got the right to let any other photographer edit my images.
Julieanne Whyte Photography are governed by the rules made by ministers/registrars/hotels... as to where we can stand. It is up to the couple to make their self's aware of any rules before hand - if we are restricted we will not take responsibility for missing images.
It is understood that the photographer will act as the sole and exclusive wedding photographer. Because of the fact that flashes from guests’ cameras may ruin shots taken by the photographer, the clients acknowledge that these instances may occur and the Photographer takes no responsibility if it does. Because of time constraints and the need for subjects to pay full attention to the photographer, the photographer shall be the sole professional still photographer at the venue/s specified.
Julieanne Whyte Photography can not & will not be responsible for missing images due to guests interrupting our work flow.
Any special requests must be sent to
*Run down of full day must be sent with times 2 weeks before wedding
*Hours out within contract are charged at £100 per hour - must be agreed upon before hand.
Please respect any of Julieanne Whyte's Photographers, no abuse will be tolerated.
A bar meal is required, while you have your meal I will have mines. Due to lots of venues I have photographed recently not selling food at wedding meal times or being fully booked.
It is advised that you back up your images immediately, Julieanne Whyte Photography will not keep images anymore than 2 months after wedding.
The client may cancel this contract at any time by giving written notice to the photographer but in doing so shall forfeit any monies already paid. Cancellation less than 6 months before the wedding date will result in payment in full by the client for the agreed package
All details from clients will be with Julieanne Whyte Photography until all work is completed, no details will be giving out to third parties.
Turn over is 6-8 weeks after wedding, previews will be available within the first 2 weeks. Once full album is ready for viewing you will have a password protected gallery. You will also be able to download your images from your gallery.. ideal for family & friends.
If you add an album onto your package when booking you will be on an 8 week turn over - this turn over starts from the day you send me your numbers for the album.
If adding an album on after the wedding you will be given a turn around time when doing this, it varies on how busy I am.
When you receive your full gallery you have 8 weeks to give me your numbers for your album, the sooner you give me the numbers the sooner you have your album.
Please note I can not chase up couples for numbers.
If you haven't picked your images after 1 year from receiving your full gallery then the original price will no longer stand - the company that I use for my albums prices change year to year & I can not pay the extra cost for lateness.
If you go over the 2 years after your full gallery has been with you, please note the album you have chosen could be discontinued - meaning you would have to choose another & pay the additional cost of this.
Now all of this can be easily sorted by giving me your numbers when due :)
Hope you all understand
Thank you X
If you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to give me a message & I will be happy to explain any of the above X
